NLP

Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) is the study of human excellence.  Using a specialized set of tools and understandings, it helps develop and implement a course for personal growth and achievement.  Below is a list of just a few of the more important NLP techniques and what they can do for you:

  • Reframing is the process of giving another meaning to an issue.  This technique allows a person to look at the issue in a different light thus relieving the stress associated with the issue.
  • Quantum linguistics is an advanced technique for exploring an issue.
  • Parts Integration is the NLP technique for removing internal conflicts.
  • Anchoring is the NLP technique whereby a stimulus is linked to a response.   Anchoring can be used to control a person’s state consciously.
  • The submodalities mapping process changes the meaning of an internal representation, which in turn changes behavior.
  • Values work makes major shifts in a person’s priorities quickly.
  • Logical Levels of Therapy is the NLP technique used to work with a person’s strategy using the logical levels of experience.
  • The Meta Model is one of the ways to help a person find out the specifics of their issues.
  • The hypnotic language is a linguistic method that allows a person to access resources in the unconscious mind.
  • Meta programs are used to work with a person’s mental filters.
  • Metaphors are stories that allow a coach to bypass the client’s conscious resistance to making changes at a deeper level.

This list is by no mean complete, but it does give you some idea of the tools that a I have available to help you change your way of thinking and resolving many other issues quickly.
